Music:

The Music class focus on introducing young children to the basics of music and developing their musical skills and appreciation through a series of activates:

- Singing and Vocalization: Our children will learn simple songs, nursery rhymes, and chants. They explore different vocal techniques, such as using their singing voice, speaking voice, whispering, and shouting.

- Rhythm and Movement: Our children will learn to recognize and reproduce simple rhythmic patterns through clapping, tapping, and using percussion instruments like drums, tambourines, or rhythm sticks. They also engage in movement activities, such as dancing and marching, to develop their sense of beat and coordination.

- Listening and Identifying Instruments: Our children will also be exposed to various musical instruments and learn to identify them by sight and sound. They might have opportunities to listen to recordings or live performances and discuss the different sounds produced by instruments.

- Introduction to Musical Concepts: Basic musical concepts like high/low, fast/slow, loud/soft, and steady beat are introduced through interactive games and activities. Our children may use their bodies, voices, or simple classroom instruments to explore these concepts.

Arts and Crafts:

Our arts and crafts special classes are designed with holiday themes, in order to provide children with a well-rounded educational experience that is both fun and engaging.

It is a fun and educational way to learn about and celebrate different holidays and cultural traditions. It can also help develop their creativity, fine motor skills, and socialization skills as they work together and share their creations with others. Additionally, creating holiday-themed crafts can foster a sense of community and belonging, as children learn about and respect different cultures and traditions. We celebrate all of the U.S holidays.
